My Story
My goal is to help individuals navigate emotional healing, self-discovery, and deep transformation. My approach is rooted in compassion, evidence-based therapy, and an understanding of the mind-body connection. I integrate multiple approaches and find the right one for you. My approach is person-centred and trauma-informed. I use an approach that is mindful of each individual's struggles, challenges and successes. I believe a safe, positive, and bias-free space is essential for connection. I originally came into the field of mental health when I noticed a gap in health care and mental health for individuals in the BIPOC community. My passion is working with all individuals, but I specialize in supporting individuals in the BIPOC community and women's mental health.
